The space The front door opens onto a cozy dining room with a fireplace, adjoining a large, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom and a toilet on this floor. The living room extends the living space. It is equipped with a sofa, a TV and a foosball table for sharing pleasant moments with family or friends. The living room opens onto the veranda, the true centerpiece of the house. Bathed in light, it offers a magnificent view of the wooded park. There is a large dining table, a piano and a relaxation area with a sofa. At the back of the house, a corridor with a bookcase leads to two bedrooms. The first bedroom is generously sized and has two single beds with electric box springs as well as a sofa. The second is a suite: a bedroom with a double bed with its own bathroom, and a mezzanine equipped with two single beds, offering additional sleeping space while maintaining privacy. Upstairs, a large suite under a wooden frame completes the accommodation (one double bed, two single beds). It has its own bathroom with a bathtub and offers a comfortable and bright space with a view of the park.
