Chalet offers large living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, practical entrance room for hiking gear, fast fiber internet and comfortable underfloor heating. The space This newly renovated two-storey chalet, completed in 2026, comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. After a day of exploring Liptov, you can unwind by the glowing fireplace in the spacious living room, which opens into a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area — perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings together. Automatic underfloor heating keeps the entire chalet warm and cozy throughout your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable cooking and shared meals. It includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster, espresso machine, and essential kitchenware. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in every room, with Ethernet connection also provided. For guests who need to work during their stay, there is a dedicated workstation in one of the upstairs bedrooms making the chalet is also suitable for remote work. Outside, guests can enjoy a small terrace, a grass area suitable for relaxing or playing games, and a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. Guest can also use large gas grill ideal for summer BBQ evenings in the garden. The chalet features two spacious bathrooms, as well as private parking for up to four vehicles, including 11 kW electric vehicle charging station. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Lániky Chalet, including the fully equipped kitchen, living area with a fireplace, two bathrooms, and private parking directly on the property. Check-in is easy and flexible thanks to a lockbox, allowing guests to access the chalet independently using the instructions provided before arrival. Other things to note The chalet is located in a peaceful area on the edge of the village of Švošov, right below the forest. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours, the neighbors, and the surrounding nature. Due to the location, we recommend arriving by car so you can comfortably enjoy the nearby attractions of the Liptov region. Please note that the chalet has a no-smoking and no-pets policy. The access road directly before the chalet is quite steep and may be more challenging during the winter months, so we recommend planning your arrival accordingly and ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped.
