Cozy studio with separate entrance and pool

Our house is located on the edge of the village in a quiet neighborhood. The studio (34 m²) is above our garage with its own entrance and all necessary facilities. The bed is on a gallery and must be accessed via a ladder, so it is not ideal for older guests. Our pool can be used.
