Romantic vacation home with a personal touch, very close to the Southern Wine Route and on the edge of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, in the immediate vicinity of the Bienwald. Lovingly furnished in detail, you will surely feel comfortable here. I had lived in the cottage myself until recently, and left almost everything as it was. In the winter, it is beautiful to sit by the fireplace. In summer, the balcony or the garden can become your favorite place.... The space A total of about 60 square meters of living space are available. On the first floor, the kitchen, fully equipped: kettle, mixer, oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher and much more ... In the living room, there is a TV, a cozy sofa for 3 people in front of the fireplace, a dining area and a small desk. The flooring is parquet. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The bathroom has an additional towel radiator. The stairs in the living room lead upstairs to the bathroom, then to the dressing room (walk-in closet) and then to the bedroom and from there to the balcony. The double bed measures 2 x 2 meters. In the main house, in the courtyard opposite, the washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron can be used. If desired and it suits, we can meet for a glass of Palatine wine to chat.
