House very close to the center (5-minute walk) and 10 minutes from Sines Bay, Vasco da Gama beach. You can opt for a vacation where you can leave your car at the door, and enjoy the bay, a beach ideal for children, as well as visit and enjoy other beautiful beaches and places near Sines. Very close to several surf spots. The house is situated in a residential area, usually quiet. Quiet at night, during the day there may be some movement of neighbors, school students or dogs. The space The house is designed to give a quality stay to 4 guests, in this sense it has 3 bedrooms with different characteristics, to meet different needs: 1. Room with a double bed 2. Bedroom with bunk bed, double bed and single bed 3. Office, with desk, work chair and sofa bed On the ground floor of the house, there is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom, with a small porch in the front and back of the house. On the first floor, there are the three bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony in the back, with a bench where you can enjoy the sunset at the end of the day. At the back of the house, on the -1 floor, outside the house, there is a small studio and backyard where I live with my two dogs who will love to welcome you.
