Summer cottage near a beach, 25 minutes from the city center

Rent our summer paradise this summer, just 25 minutes from Stockholm City! The cottage was built in 1930 but has been added to in stages. The property is approximately 700 square meters. In the main cabin, there is a kitchen, toilet and shower, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining area, a bedroom and an exit to the patio. At the back, there is a lawn, a sun deck on different levels, a guest house, an outdoor kitchen/garden bar, a wood-fired hot tub, a sauna, a barbecue and a pizza oven. A few minutes walk down Torgvägen, there is a large beach, a shop (open during the summer) and a restaurant. The space In the main cottage's bedroom, there is a double bed (160×200) and a junior bed (70×160). In addition to these, there are three daybeds that can be pulled out to form double beds (160×200). The daybeds are located in the living room, in the guest room in the basement, and in the guest house. The double bed in the main cabin will be made when you arrive. The day beds will be made as single beds. There are extra linens on each daybed so that you can make them into double beds yourselves. The bed linens are clean but a bit mismatched and mixed up, as is often the case in a summer cottage. When you leave the cottage, you can leave the bedding where you made the beds. We'll note which ones have been used, and we'll wash them after you. Guest access When you get to Typografstigen, you will be met by a small plot with a hammock and a cozy outdoor room to relax in. The small stone path from the gate leads to the main cottage's entrance. Inside the door is the hall, and inside that is the toilet and shower with municipal water and sewage. To the left is the cabin's bright dining area, and inside it is the bright living room with a pull-out daybed, a wood-burning fireplace, and an exit to the patio. In the kitchen, there is a door to a balcony, an electric stove, an oven, a fridge, etc. The bedroom has windows facing the larger garden at the back. Under the main cabin, there are two workshops and a guest room. The back garden has a lawn, a pond with a fountain, trees and large wooden decks on different levels. Here you will find the guest house, sauna and lots of other things. The largest wooden deck has a roof set up in the summer that protects against the sun and light rain. Beyond the garden is a small forest slope that also belongs to the property. As a guest, you have private access to the whole property.
