Within 5 minutes, you're exploring the Frome market town. On your doorstep, walking and cycle paths in a stunning natural countryside. The home has everything you need for a relaxed getaway or to host a family with children. The space The house is one of 5 newly built, architect-designed modern homes right by an area of natural regeneration. From our windows you can see deer, hares, pheasants and other wildlife, as well as hear the occasional barn owl. It is spacious and ideal for relaxing or large shared gatherings or meals as a group or family. BEDROOMS: - A master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. - A second large double bedroom with a dedicated work area and TV "snug" room. - A smaller double bed room - A kids room with a bunk bed (double bed + single) and a floor bed that fits four kids LIVING AREAS The living room has a wide open plan kitchen area with island for cooking, feasting or hanging out. The living room has a spacious area and a wooden burner for relaxing. If there are children, there is play area in the living room that will have some toys available for your children. The garden has a large veranda with a parasol for outdoor meals, a 2m x 1.5m pool that can be used by both adults and kids for cooling down on hot days. There is a BBQ available and a fire pit for evenings outdoors. FROME & SURROUNDING COUNTRYSIDE Frome is a 5 minutes drive away or a 40 min walk along a beautiful river path. Easy access to the market and the cobblestone streets. The house is located in an area called Great Elm with a famous asphalted cycle path in the middle of forests and fields called Colliers Way, a 2 min walk from our house. Another 2 min away are multiple walking paths along the river leading to Frome or Mells.
