Cases of force majeure, such as canceled flights, illnesses, hurricanes, and other unforeseen events in no way affect the non-modifiability and non-refundability of the stay. Consequently, the establishment cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for these cases of force majeure beyond its control and bears no responsibility for losses, additional costs or inconveniences resulting from these unforeseen events. The tenant is invited to use their additional insurance, such as travel insurance and/or their bank card insurance, to cover losses or costs associated with these force majeure events. If you do not check in before midnight on the day of arrival, we are no longer obliged to hold your reservation and all the nights allocated to your reservation will be considered cancelled, unless we advise you otherwise by e-mail. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for an amount equal to the late cancellation penalties specified on your confirmation once the cancellation deadline has passed. Pre-authorization of your card does not result in a charge to your credit card. However, some banks may show the pre-authorized amount under 'pending transactions' since it will be payable upon your arrival (or non-arrival). A pre-authorization may affect the credit level available on your credit card as late cancellation penalties are due once the cancellation deadline has passed. Since a pre-authorization is not a debit, the day after the scheduled arrival date it is cancelled and replaced by either your final bill at the time of departure or the late cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge penalties and refuse accommodations to individuals whose behavior causes damage or serious consequences to the hotel; or a lack of respect and serious courtesy to our other guests or employees. Under no circumstances will the tenant be entitled to any right or retention of the premises after the expiration of the period provided for in this contract, unless agreed to by the owner. No modification (erasure, overwriting...) will be accepted in the drafting of the contract without the agreement of agreement of both parties. The tenant will enjoy the rent in a peaceful way and will make good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the places. Only one set of keys will be given to the tenant for the apartment he will have. At his departure, the tenant commits himself to return the rent as clean as he found it at his arrival. If the apartment is not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, the tenant will pay for the cleaning of an amount of 50,00€. The establishment is completely non-smoking. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in deodorization costs of €250 deducted from the security deposit. The cleaning in the room will be done by the establishment from 6 days of stay. All additional persons to the reservation will be charged 70,00€/person/day In the event of a prolonged power or water cut during the stay, the owner will not be required to reimburse the client for the stay or the expenses related to the purchase of food or other basic necessities. The owner will endeavor to resolve the problem as soon as possible, but cannot be held responsible for service interruptions beyond his control. The customer is encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover these eventualities and to take the necessary precautions to deal with such situations. All the equipment listed in the inventory must be returned to the place it occupied at the time of entry into the premises. The tenant is obliged to maintain in perfect condition the sanitary, electrical and heating installations for which he must take all precautions. All repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be charged to the lessee. The rental can in no case benefit to third parties. If it is noted that there are persons not listed in the reservation, the owner can ask for the eviction of all the tenants: The contract is broken by this fact. The full amount of the rent remains acquired or due to the owner The subletting is forbidden to the tenant, under any pretext whatsoever, even free of charge, under penalty of termination of the contract. The full amount of the rent will remain due to the owner. The premises are rented for vacation use excluding any professional, commercial or craft activity of any kind. The owner will provide the accommodation in accordance with the description he has made and will maintain it in a state of service. As a general rule, the tenant will leave the premises at the time stipulated in the contract or at a time convenient to the owner, after inventory of the premises.
