The tenant is invited to use their additional insurance, such as travel insurance and/or their bank card insurance, to cover losses or costs associated with these force majeure events. If you do not check in before midnight on the day of arrival, we are no longer obliged to hold your reservation and all the nights allocated to your reservation will be considered cancelled, unless we advise you otherwise by e-mail. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for an amount equal to the late cancellation penalties specified on your confirmation once the cancellation deadline has passed. Pre-authorization of your card does not result in a charge to your credit card. A pre-authorization may affect the credit level available on your credit card as late cancellation penalties are due once the cancellation deadline has passed. All the equipment listed in the inventory must be returned to the place it occupied at the time of entry into the premises. The tenant is obliged to maintain in perfect condition the sanitary, electrical and heating installations for which he must take all precautions. All repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be charged to the lessee. The rental can in no case benefit to third parties.
