An easy place to relax in the center of Juva

Welcome to the heart of Java! This newly renovated, modern and compact basement apartment offers complete privacy with a separate entrance. The nearest grocery store is just a 200-meter walk away, and you can park the car for free right in front of the door. It's a great place for 1–2 guests. Linens are not included in the stay, and unfortunately, there is no option to rent them. So, please bring your own linens. The space Sleeping areas: This home has a comfortable frame bed for one and an easy to open sofa bed . Please bring your own linens. Kitchenette: Equipped with a refrigerator, an airfryer micro with a combination oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a tidy set of dishes for light cooking. Please empty the refrigerator when you leave. You'll have access to a toilet and washrooms in the basement hallway. In connection with the laundry facilities, there is a sauna that is free for you to use daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (except Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, when there are standard schedules for other residents of the house). After each guest, a cleaning person does not come to the apartment. Please leave the apartment in a pleasant condition for the next guest. The apartment has the necessary cleaning supplies. The trash cans are located in the parking lot of the house. A thorough cleaning is performed approximately every 2 weeks by the cleaning service.
