From the garden-terrasse and the pool you can enjoy the most unforgettable sunsets. Casa Barca is only 300m away from the Cala Murada Beach, which can be easily reached after a 5 minutes walk along a coastal path. The house has just been renovated. The space Casa Barca combines all the comfort of a residential summer house with a covered garden terrace, with built-in barbecue and lounge atmosphere furniture, from which you can enjoy the view on the castle of San Salvador and the neighbouring hills. With its 3 bedrooms Casa Barca offers ideal and confortable sleeping space for 7 people. Additional sleeping possibilities are provided by the sofa bed located in the common living room with open fireplace from which there is access to the garden terrace. Each room is equipped with a big roof fan to provide the necessary ventilation on hot days. Additional mobile ventilators are also available. The two bathrooms are fully equipped, one with a bath tab and one with a shower. The dining area is located close to the kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen items including coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A washing machine and an additional service toilet can be found in the garage. The pool offers a fantastic infinity-like view into the beautiful surrounding nature. Sun chairs, hammock and garden furniture offer you the ideal atmosphere to relax nearby the pool or under the trees of the garden. Ample private car parking opportunities are available in front of the garage. The house is well suited to host two families with children. Baby bed and chair are available upon request.
