'Baaran' at The Manor Roorkee is a spacious first-floor room featuring a unique custom-designed canopy bed, and an attached bathroom with hot water (geyser). Private balconies offer peaceful views of the gardens and surrounding greenery. Guests also have access to a shared living room with a dining table, a pool table, and a separate shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, basic utensils, and essential spices. The space The Manor is a private villa estate spread across approximately 7 bighas of beautifully landscaped grounds. The property features elegant colonial-style architecture, expansive lawns, mature trees, and peaceful outdoor spaces. The villa offers four guest rooms, with two rooms located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Guests can enjoy shared access to the living room, dining area, pool table, open-air lounge with sofa seating, and the surrounding gardens and lawns. A traditional wood-fired cooking area (chulha) is also available for guests who wish to experience outdoor cooking. Whether you're visiting for a relaxing getaway, quality time with family and friends, or simply to enjoy the tranquil surroundings, The Manor offers a unique blend of comfort, space, and charm. Guest access Guests will have access to the room they have booked, along with shared common areas of the property, including the living room, dining area, pool table, gardens, lawns, and the open-air lounge seating area in lawn. Access to staff areas, storage rooms, maintenance areas, and any locked spaces is restricted. During your stay We respect our guests' privacy while remaining available whenever assistance is needed. A caretaker resides on the property and is available to assist guests during their stay. The caretaker's contact number is provided in the welcome note placed inside each room. Guests are welcome to reach out for assistance with check-in, property-related questions, local information, or any concerns that may arise during their stay. We like to personally welcome guests whenever possible and then allow them to enjoy the property at their own pace. Other things to note Please note that The Manor is a shared property when individual rooms are booked. Common areas such as the living room, dining area, pool table, gardens, lawns, balconies, terrace, and open-air lounge may be shared with other guests staying on the property. Only cats are permitted on the property. Guests bringing a cat are responsible for arranging their own pet food, litter, and other pet supplies. Dogs are not allowed. Other Things to Note 📌 House Rules • To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, please be mindful of shared spaces and observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. As The Manor is located in a quiet and peaceful area. • Kindly treat the home, furnishings, and surroundings with care and respect. • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. • Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval from the host. • Please switch off lights, air conditioners, fans, and other appliances when not in use. • Strictly no smoking inside the Room. Guests may use the balconies, terrace, and designated outdoor areas for smoking. • Any damage to property, furniture, fixtures, or amenities may result in additional charges. • An extra cleaning fee may be applicable if the property is left excessively dirty or requires cleaning beyond standard checkout conditions. • Illegal activities, loud parties, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. • Please help us preserve the peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty of The Manor for all guests. 📌 Check-in Requirement For a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to carry and present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or equivalent identification) upon arrival.
