Little Lodge - a barn conversion 2 bed cottage

Little Lodge is a beautiful place to relax, wonderful for driving to the Peak District National Park or Alton Towers, and is set in countryside with amazing views and local country walks. The village of Church Broughton, including the Holly Bush pub, is a 10 minute walk. With it's own parking area, range cooker, and wet room shower, Little Lodge has been extended and renovated to a very high standard. The log burner warms those chilly days, and the patio dining cools the warmer one's. The space We have owned Little Lodge since 2016, and have gradually developed it since then. But it remains a small country cottage with two bedrooms, now with two bathrooms, and we think it looks beautiful. It also sits in some picturesque countryside close to a nearby farmhouse, plus a small working dairy farm. The animals in the neighboring fields are a wonderful sight. The gardens at Little Lodge look great, and there's a wonderful opportunity for late night eat out's as the sun sets, and then to sit out under the stars Guest access Little Lodge is totally self enclosed, with both a front patio and a back garden. The front parking area is also solely for Little Lodge guests. A lightly used public footpath runs along Badway Lane and by the side of the parking area. The walk north towards Longford can be a circular one mile walk back round to the village, or a longer trek round to the Ashbourne Road and then back to the village along that road.
