Small, cozy house, terrace, and garden

It is a perfect base from which to explore the local area: • La Gacilly is a 10-minute drive away, with its flower-filled alleys, local artisans, and the famous Photo Festival in summer. • The natural site of Ile aux Pies 4 km away, as well as Redon, its port, and the many walks along the Canal de Nantes à Brest. • Hiking trails in the Aff and Oust Valleys. • A must-see tourist site 30 minutes away, Rochefort-en-Terre. The space This is a small single-story house that is attached to my own house. The driveway and front door are separate (on the right side). The house is located 400 meters from the village's central square. There you will find the bakery/patisserie, the bar/tabac/newsagent, and, in the immediate vicinity, a convenience store with its traditional butcher/deli section, a pharmacy, and Le Marengo fast food restaurant (takeaway or delivery) serving tacos, burgers, etc. There is a pizza vending machine (Gang of Pizza) close to the village, at the location known as "Les Quatre Vents". Guest access Access to the accommodation is private. It is a small driveway located close to the gate at the address indicated. The number 27 is shown on the front of the small house. Bicycles or motorcycles can be stored in an enclosed garage located at the rear.
