Tucked away in the rolling hills of the Auvergne (halfway between Paris and Montpellier, and just 10 minutes from the A75) lies our charming house in the small village of Pouzeix, with two cozy floors of 35m² each, completely private. Light stone walls, grey-blue shutters and a red tiled roof open onto sweeping views over forests, meadows and distant mountains. A place to unwind. The space What to expect Private pool A south-facing pool of 4 x 8m with retractable cover, exclusively for you during your stay. 1000 m² private grounds Four different terraces in sun and shade, with seating, parasols and sun loungers – complete privacy. Fast Starlink wifi Min. 200 Mbps satellite internet that runs smoothly even with Teams. Also 4G/5G coverage. Private parking A paved private parking spot with its own driveway right next to the house. Wood stove & gas BBQ A cozy wood stove in the living room (firewood included) and a gas BBQ on the terrace. Our favourite spots Tips for sights and (sporty) activities, plus addresses for the best restaurants, bakeries, butchers and cheese shops. Guest access Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Children and pets are not allowed. Other things to note Children are not allowed.
