Located in a peaceful setting, this building, which was fully renovated in 2026, is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway, whether with family, friends or for a business trip. Its strong point: its exterior will offer you all the amenities you need to create an unforgettable memory! The space At the heart of the city, it offers all the amenities, and once you step through the gate, the serenity of the countryside is yours... It is located 20 km from Lake Der, where you will find all the activities you need to keep you busy during your stay. You can discover the Maisons de Champagne of Vitryat and its surroundings. A more detailed description will be available in the welcome booklet. Designed to comfortably accommodate large families and groups of friends. Enjoy a spacious area where everyone can have their own private space thanks to a layout designed for everyone's comfort. ​ ​- 6 bedrooms: ​2 Master Suites with ensuite bathrooms (1 on the ground floor & 1 upstairs). ​1 double bedroom upstairs with a travel cot for babies. ​2 Twin bedrooms: 2 single beds per room with the option to push them together) on the mezzanine floor. ​1 "Dormitory": 2 bunk beds and 2 pull-out beds. This room can accommodate up to 6 people. Please note that the room is on the mezzanine floor with narrow access. For your comfort, bed linen is included 3 toilets inside (1 ground floor& 2 upstairs ) An outdoor toilet next to the relaxation area. 1 shared bathroom 2 shower rooms (1 on the ground floor & 1 upstairs) For your convenience, towels are included. You will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron. Kitchen equipped for 16 people. You will find everything you need: Induction hob, oven and microwave. Fridge with water dispenser, ice maker, dishwasher, Kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, crockery..... Kitchen open to dining area Large Family Table: 2 modular tables, followed by the lounge. Relaxation & Wellness Domed swimming pool: The dome helps maintain a pleasant temperature and provides secure access for children. Heated pool from mid-April to mid-October. Indoor Spa (5 people) Pool towels are not provided. Dining area under a pergola Small outdoor kitchen with storage, small fridge, ice maker and barbecue. Think about your charcoal.
