Located in a peaceful setting, this building, which was completely renovated in 2026, is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway, whether with family, friends, or for a business trip. The space In the heart of the city, it offers all the amenities, and once you step through the gate, the serenity of the countryside is yours... It is located 20 km from Lake Der, where you will find all the activities you need to keep you busy during your stay. You can discover the Champagne houses of Vitryat and its surroundings. A more detailed description will be available in the welcome booklet. Designed to comfortably accommodate large families and groups of friends. Please note that the room is on the mezzanine floor with narrow access. For your comfort, bed linens are included 3 toilets inside (1 on the ground floor & 2 upstairs) An outdoor toilet next to the relaxation area. 1 shared bathroom 2 shower rooms (1 on the ground floor & 1 upstairs) For your comfort, bath towels are included. You will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, and an iron. Kitchen equipped for 16 people. You will find everything you need: Induction stovetop, oven, and microwave.
