The property features a TV, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning and heating, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave. It also has a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes line for added convenience during your stay. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms with showers, one of which is located within one of the bedrooms, as shown on the floor plan. The living room is spacious and bright, and features the double sofa bed. Access to the accommodation is via self-check-in using a key box, just like in the other apartment, allowing for a convenient and flexible arrival at any time. The property is situated in Plaza Silera, in Villaseca de la Sagra (Toledo), in a quiet and very well-located part of the village. Just a short walk away you’ll find a chemist, supermarkets, bars and restaurants such as El Picantón, La Rumana, El Tranzón and Bar Casino, as well as all the amenities you need for day-to-day life. The location is also ideal for visiting Toledo, Puy du Fou España and other local attractions, whilst enjoying a peaceful setting with easy parking. Other things to note During your stay, please respect all house rules, including the fact that smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house, and please refrain from making noise during quiet hours. Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by the appropriate authorities. The beds and towels are provided for the number of people indicated in the reservation. It is important that you treat the house as if it were your own. Please handle the linens and towels with care and do not take them with you. We have an inventory sheet to keep track of everything. Please be responsible and considerate with your use of everything. Hosting more people than indicated in the reservation is not permitted. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the trash every day, especially during the summer months. Please leave the house tidy before you leave. Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of the passport or identity document of all guests aged 16 and over. Failure to provide these documents will result in the cancellation of the booking. In accordance with Spanish law, all guests staying in a tourist apartment are required to present an identity document (ID card or passport) and sign the National Police guest registration form. Failure to comply with this obligation will entitle us to cancel the booking without any compensation to the client. If you leave any belongings behind, it is your responsibility to look after them. Although we will store them for a limited time, you must send someone to collect them on your behalf. It is important that you notify us of the loss of the items.
