It is a 2-story house, with a beautiful view of Lake Vichuquén. Northeast orientation. Large garden (2500m2) and lots of vegetation. The first floor has very cozy interior covering (native woods). Large kitchen equipped with household electro, dishes, dishwashing and refrigerator. It has private parking, pool, deck and grill. It also includes access to the lake through a yacht club located 500 meters from the house where you can also rent a private jetty 1.5UF/fortnight The space It has 4 bedrooms, B1: Master bedroom en suite. D2: double. D3: 1 bunk bed. D4: En-suite double. All with a lake view. On the second floor there is a shared bathroom for D2 and D3. On the first floor there is - in addition - 1 guest bathroom. The pool is large. Many trees grown with sun and shade spaces. Guest access Arrival at the house by paved road, except for the last 200 meters that are dirt. Lake shore access via Club Naútico de Vichuquén. Other things to note Many native trees and great privacy. The water in the house is from a well, it is not potable. Should be considered shopping for jerry cans at the supermarket. There is a supermarket 400 meters from the house with great assortment and they accept payment with credit cards. Also at the corner there is a gas station. Trash is left on the way inside Bines Municipales. Beds include pillows and blankets (no linens). Bathrooms do not include towels. Both the fireplace and the paraffin stove, do not include fuel supply.
