Guest accommodations are fully private, with no shared interior spaces, and are separated by a locked security door. Guests generally enjoy exclusive use of the outdoor spaces and amenities during their stay. On occasion, the owner may briefly access exterior areas for necessary property care, such as tending the gardens, koi pond, or pool, while always respecting guest privacy. Nearby residential construction: There is currently some construction activity on neighboring properties, so occasional daytime noise may be heard during normal working hours. Guests have nevertheless consistently found the villa peaceful and relaxing, particularly in the gardens and pool areas.
