This charming house is located on the south side of a sunlit valley. Its location offers breathtaking view in a natural landscape. While renovating the centuries-old stone house, we have taken great care to combine tradition with modern luxury. The ground floor has a large living room: a spacious living room and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen island with plenty of seating invites you to cook together. The terraces that surround the house, give the view of a beautiful flower garden. With the first rays of the sun you can enjoy your coffee on the east terrace outside the kitchen. For lunch you can eat in the shade of the big fig tree. The large south facing terrace off the living room offers plenty of space for sunbathing. Here you can also excellently wind up the day with a glass of wine. All three bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with stunning view of the valley. The wooden floors and rustic roof constructions give the rooms a comfortable atmosphere. The gleaming white marble and the Italian designer showers in the bathrooms are impressive in their clarity and freshness. The rain, waterfall and mist functions make showering and bathing a spa experience. The romantic garden and a large swimming pool are meeting places. You are welcome to spend the warm summer days there with us. Here, the vast space around the pool always has enough space for privacy. You can reach the stream that can be heard rushing from the house, over an old Roman road in about 15 minutes. This is not just a nice opportunity to explore our valley on foot, but also allows to enjoy the clear water in silence and solitude. Very nearby around the house the landscape invites you to big hiking tours, with which we can often have a sense of delight with walk or with horses and mountain bikes. A paradise for nature lovers. The region offers numerous recreational activities with its versatility: canoeing through the gorges of Ardeche, the exploration of Stone Age caves, canyoning in mountain streams and much more. Also the weekly markets with many regional products, such as fresh goat cheese, good wine, sausages and pastries are particularly appreciated. Of course there are also many medieval-aged villages to visit, so typical for southern French. We would be glad to welcome you here and to share with you our love for this beautiful area.
