The space The 69 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a listed townhouse in the center of Neufelden. The house was renovated and modernized inside with care and a sense of proportion, but the historic core was almost completely preserved. Some furnishings from the house's old inventory are used as memorabilia in this penthouse. Free parking at the front door; bikes can be parked free of charge. Of course there is good WiFi, but if you absolutely need and want a TV and "style, fashion, trendy, cool and fancy" to feel good, you are in the wrong place here – and should look elsewhere... ... and I am counting on everything in this apartment being treated with the same care as if it were your own home. Thank you! Central yet quiet location with good infrastructure: cafe, bakery with mini market, pizzeria, market, kebab restaurant, brewery inn, bank, doctor, pharmacy, and bus stop are practically across the street. Whether you're a homebody or more of a migratory bird, this retreat is a wonderful starting and ending point for excursions of all kinds. Nature lovers, hikers, gourmets, granite pilgrims and mountain bikers will find everything they need right in front of the entrance. If you want to expand your horizons: Short visits to the cultural capital of Linz, to Passau or to Český Krumlov are ideal for exploratory trips.
