Historic house from 1860. Originally the "Bäderhäusl" of Vordernberg. We lovingly renovated it and tried to preserve the old charm. It offers a pleasant coolness in summer. The apartment is specially furnished for families with up to 5 children. Lots of nature and lots to experience: Erzberg, ski resort and Alpenfox Präbichl, Museumsort Eisenerz, Grübelsee, hiking paradise with via ferratas .... Supermarket 50 m, shopping center 5 km, public transport connection, doctor and physiotherapy The space One children's room with a bunk bed, one with a triple bunk bed. The master bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed that is 1.80 m wide. Living room with sofa bed and large dining area for everyone. Kitchen small but well equipped with a dishwasher. Laundry service with extra charge. Travel crib, stool and high chair are provided. Separate toilet, 2 large sinks, a shower with a seat Linen package (sheets, towels) for a fee (€10 per package). For hygiene reasons, the use of your own sleeping bags without sheets is not allowed; bed linens are mandatory. Guest access Shared use of garden with grill, fenced. Children's playground about 200 m away. Handcart for 2 kids to borrow, as well as scooters. Other things to note Public parking in front of the house; additional parking space by agreement. Lockable bicycle garage! Unfortunately, no pets; non-smoking
