The space This self-catering chalet is designed to accommodate up to six adults, two children, and an infant under 2 years old in a cot (on request). The main bedroom features a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. The spacious lounge has a sleeper couch, suited for two children under 13 years old. The unit also boasts a full kitchen, a dining room, and a private patio with BBQ facilities – providing all the amenities needed for everyone to enjoy their holiday. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. Please contact the resort directly in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday/Public holidays. Guests who booked and paid for their accommodation using a credit card will need to present the same card at check-in. A security fee will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival. Check in time is between 15:00 and 19:00 from Sunday to Thursday and between 15:00 and 21:00 on Friday and Saturday. Check out time is strictly 10:00 am daily. The use of braai’s (barbeques) is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself. Portable barbecues are not permitted in the premises. Please note that cots are available on request and subject to availability. Smoking in units, on patios, or any of the other buildings on the resort premises is not allowed by law. Should Management, at their discretion, find that you and/ or your party has violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine. Day Visitors will be allowed subject to 24 hours prior notice directly to the resort. Kindly note the number of guests will not be allowed to exceed the max sleeper size per unit. Please note that all our facilities are cashless. Card payments are accepted. Free WiFi can be enjoyed at our WiFi Hotspots. Contact Reception for login details. Please note that there will be refurbishments taking place in selected units from 22 May 2026 to 11 December 2026. Noise levels may fluctuate and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause. During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be allowed occupation at this resort unless they are accompanied by a person over 25 years of age throughout their stay. During this week, a breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check in. Should you be in the process of making a reservation, or have booked this resort for purposes of students, please contact your reservations office to make alternative arrangements. Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place at the resort, to ensure the health of the animals on our reserve. All guests are therefore asked to do their part in helping us keep this well managed, by agreeing to have vehicle tyres sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and to walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival. These measures help prevent the spread of the disease and protect the animals on the property. We would like to ensure the best holiday experience to our guests, now and into the future.
