The open layout means the bunk area is part of the lively common space, making it easy for the group to interact. The entire property lives like a retro meets modern show house with an open-concept design. You’ll find the kitchen, living area with comfortable seating, a dedicated movie theater setup complete with a 82" screen, and a fun game area that includes a Fooseball table and an Arcade game. Guest access Access: Guests have full access to the entire upstairs apartment and all outdoor yard spaces. There is a private entrance leading to the theater lobby downstairs, which also serves as an emergency exit. This entrance is available to guests during business hours only. Guests are strictly prohibited from entering the downstairs area after hours unless it is a genuine emergency, and you must exit the building immediately. The lobby and theater are monitored by security cameras 24/7.
