You will be greeted by the owners who are committed to handing you the keys and meeting your needs. The space This large house can accommodate up to 8 people and from the first sunny days, you will have garden furniture, a Weber gas barbecue, a swing and outdoor games, including a ping pong table, and 2 adult bikes available. ▶️ On the ground floor: * A large equipped kitchen in which you will find an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and all the utensils and basic products for cooking (condiments, spices, sugar, etc.). * A dining room and a spacious living room, with television, opening onto a large terrace, facing south, overlooking the landscaped garden, enclosed by a wall. * A room dedicated to leisure with a semi-professional foosball table, a TV, and games. * A space with a desk for teleworking, if needed (house equipped with fiber optics). * A toilet with sink ▶️ On the 1st floor: * 4 large bedrooms, one with a child's bed (a folding crib is also available), * 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub and 1 other with shower) * 1 separate toilet Ideal sleeping space for families, a hallway serving 2 master suites, each with their own bathroom. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided. The beds will be made on arrival. ▶️ In the basement: * a laundry room with washer and dryer. Guest access Accessible from the A13 and N14. Vernon station allows arrival by train; vehicle required to reach Tilly. Other things to note As we both work, check-in is preferable at the end of the day from 6:00 p.m., however, we will try to accommodate you as best we can. For a weekend rental, checkout can be done on Sunday after lunch.
