Welcome! Just 40 minutes from Stockholm, our unique dream house offers a spacious, high‑standard country villa in a peaceful setting close to nature and a lake. Perfect for guests who want to relax and enjoy time together. Outside you’ll find a large sunny terrace, big lawn areas, an outdoor kitchen with a wood‑fired pizza oven, and a greenhouse. A beautiful lake with swimming and a rowing boat is only 300 meters away. The space The house offers spacious rooms with panoramic windows that bring nature inside and fill the home with beautiful light. The living area is perfect for social gatherings and connects to a fully equipped kitchen. There are five cozy bedrooms with different bed sizes. One of the rooms also has a staircase leading up to a loft.. The house also features four bathrooms with rainfall showers – one with a bathtub and another with a newly built sauna for up to 6 people. A washing machine and dryer are available. In the basement, you’ll find a cinema room for 8 people, ideal for movies or sports, as well as a ping‑pong table and a foosball table. Outside, the property includes a large greenhouse where you can enjoy meals or extend the season when the temperature drops. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill and pizza oven. For small children, there is a playhouse and a slide in the garden. Guest access You have access to the entire home, except for a few rooms in the basement and some storage areas and the outdoor garage. A carport with space for two cars is available, along with parking in front of it. Electric car charging is available upon request and for an additional fee. Other things to note The accommodation is located close to the beautiful destinations of Trosa and Mariefred, right by the water, and within easy reach of Södermanland and Stockholm. Grocery stores and shopping are only 7 minutes away. There are sports halls, zipline and climbing parks, golf courses, horseback riding, and much more nearby. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
