Casa Jatobá and SPA

The Jatobá house and SPA has a modern finish mixed with rustic, offering excellent comfort, security and tranquility. There are 2 private suites, both giving access to a large, planned and cozy kitchen. Garage for 1 vehicle, the house also offers in the back a gourmet/barbecue area and a toilet along with a small interconnected garden. In the eternal area there is a hydromassage/hot tub built with heated stones, a steam sauna with shower and an external shower. The space The house offers a garage for 1 vehicle, an entrance hall, 2 en-suites, a large and equipped kitchen, a gourmet outdoor area with a table, a barbecue, a toilet, a sauna and a heated whirlpool for up to 4 people. Guest access The gourmet and SPA area of the house is closed and private for the exclusive use of guests. We do not offer massage or SPA services, we only rent the house with the SPA (whirlpool and sauna). Other things to note Attention to the rules of use: – is not allowed to receive visitors. – Smoking is not allowed inside the house. – No parties or events allowed. – Respect quiet hours between 22h00 min and 08h00 min. – Respect the number of guests hired in the reservation, if there are any surplus. at the time of check-in will be declined. – Keep dishes organized and clean as we do not charge cleaning fees. – The house promotes security for our guests, external security camera in the garage. – 220V electric voltage. – At the end of the stay leave the trash in the trash of the sidewalk, outside the gate to the right. – Do not dispose of toilet paper and other objects in the toilet basin. – I do not allow the removal of objects (such as vases and bath towels or any utensil that belongs to the house) for the tours. – Keep the utensils for use organized and clean. – When going out for walks, lock the entrance door and keep the gate closed. – It is necessary that during stays longer than 3 days the host is required to enter the house for garden maintenance and whirlpool, (the time and day of entry is to be arranged). – Check your belongings at the time of check-out, we are not responsible for objects left in the house. – For the best use of the hydromassage and sauna follow the instructions that are glued to the walls. **For same-day check-in reservations, please contact us to check availability.
