The space The Paddocks is a spacious and beautifully presented 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom contemporary barn conversion home, comfortably accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children. Sleeping arrangements include: • 2 King-size bedrooms • 1 Double bedroom (infant travel cot & mattress available on request) The property has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming home-from-home experience, with attention to detail throughout. Please note the paddock area is private and is not accessible to guests. - Comfortable living spaces for relaxing after a day exploring - Conveniently accessed directly from the A51, the property offers secure off-road parking for up to two cars behind electric gates. Please note that a refundable £30 cash security deposit is required for the electric gate controller. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire barn conversion and private enclosed garden throughout their stay. The property is conveniently accessed directly from the A51 and benefits from secure off-road parking for up to two vehicles behind electric gates. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Parking for up to two vehicles is included with your booking. If you anticipate arriving in more than two vehicles, please contact us before your stay. We may be able to accommodate an additional vehicle by prior agreement, depending on parking availability. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate extra vehicles without advance permission. Please note that a refundable £30 cash security deposit is required for the electric gate remote control and will be returned upon its safe return at the end of your stay. Available on request - • Travel cot with mattress • High chair House Rules: To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules during your visit: - No parties or loud music at any time – noise to be kept to a minimum after 9:00PM - Strictly no smoking inside the property (Ashtrays are provided in the garden area) - Remove shoes before going upstairs - Only flush the toilet paper provided down the toilets (Sanitary bags are provided for the disposal of sanitary products) - No ball games or activities in the garden that may damage the plants or landscaping - No entry to areas outside of the designated garden space • You are welcome to admire the animals from the safety of the garden area, but please do not feed them • Please ensure all bins are emptied on day of departure – green bins are located in driveway – green is for general waste and blue is recycling
