The estate offers a space of more than 3 hectares of greenery and is ideally located along the Voie Verte, close to the Montois paths (from Paris to Mont Saint Michel) and at the crossroads of major tourist sites: Mont Saint Michel, the D-Day beaches, Suisse Normande, Fougères and the Marches de Bretagne.
