Many years ago, my parents bought the property when it was in a state of almost total neglect: little more than stone walls and history. Through years of careful renovation, that ruin has been transformed into the splendid property that welcomes you today, where elegance and warmth come together in perfect harmony. The entrance through a refined porch with outdoor dining area immediately welcomes guests, anticipating the welcoming atmosphere that pervades the entire house. On the ground floor, the bright living room on the left invites relaxation and has a comfortable double sofa bed, offering a flexible solution to better accommodate every type of group. The well-equipped kitchen naturally opens to the indoor dining area - ideal for enjoying meals in every season. A practical bathroom completes the floor. An evocative spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where three bedrooms are located. The master bedroom enjoys a private en-suite bathroom, offering a corner of privacy and exclusive comfort. The second room is versatile and can be set up with two single beds or a double bed, depending on your needs. The third is a small room with a bunk bed, suitable for the little ones. The two bedrooms share a well-equipped communal bathroom. From the first floor you can directly access the dehor, a large terrace furnished with soft sofas, comfortable armchairs and a ping-pong table, perfect for outdoor summer evenings and moments of leisure. Going up a few more steps, you reach the real jewel of the property: a relaxation area surrounded by greenery with a hot tub and comfortable lounge chairs, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley below.
