The moment guests step foot onto the property, they are greeted with warmth and comfort, surrounded by stunning views and thoughtful amenities with something for everyone. The space The Hollies is a luxurious retreat designed to accommodate groups of up to 18 guests, offering a haven of comfort and style amidst the stunning landscapes of the Kyles of Bute shorefront. Our spacious and inviting lounge features a cozy fireplace and panoramic views, providing the perfect setting for intimate gatherings and moments of relaxation. The elegant dining kitchen offers seating for up to 18 guests, ideal for memorable meals shared with friends and family. The luxury kitchen, equipped with two dishwashers, a large fridge, fridge freezer, and a ranger-style oven, ensures effortless meal preparation and catering for all. Entertainment abounds in our games room, complete with a 7ft pool table, Xbox games console, and a large smart TV, providing hours of enjoyment for guests of all ages. A Sonos sound system provides music throughout all the public rooms. Outside, our expansive garden beckons with a patio offering seating for up to 18 people, where you can soak in the breathtaking coastal views and savour moments of tranquility. For active guests, a table tennis table and boules/petanque court provide additional opportunities for fun and recreation. There are 8 beautifully appointed bedrooms with sumptuous Egyptian cotton sheets and luxuriously fluffy towels, ensuring that every room is special and there is no need to rush for the best room! If you book for 12 people, 6 bedrooms will be made available. If you book for 13 or 14 people, 7 bedrooms will be made available. If you book for 15-18 people all 8 bedrooms will be made available. If you want to use all bedrooms even though you have a smaller group, please book for 16 people. Please ensure you state the correct number of people to make sure the appropriate bedrooms are prepared. All of the bedrooms are named after our favourite Scottish bands. Deacon Blue - A master bedroom with a seating area in the bay window looking out onto the Kyles of Bute. This room will be set up as a superking (queen) bed although it can be set up as a twin on request. Ensuite shower room. Waterboys - Master bedroom looking out onto the Kyles of Bute. This room will be set up as a superking (queen) bed although it can be set up as a twin on request. Ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. Orange Juice - Bright sunny room with a king size bed and ensuite shower room. Side view over the patio and down the Kyles of Bute Bluebells - A bright sunny room on the ground floor with French doors to the patio. Ensuite shower room Danny Wilson - Twin room with ensuite shower room and side view up the Kyles of Bute. Proclaimers - Twin room with ensuite shower room and side view up the Kyles of Bute. This room can be prepared as a superking room on request. Blue Nile - Our family room has a kingside bed and 2 single beds. This can be set up as 4 single beds on request Aztec Camera - A twin room with stunning views does the Kyles of Bute. Blue Nile and Aztec Camera share a large family bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. They also share a butlers' pantry with coffee machine, hot water tap, mini fridge and tea making facilities Guest access You will have exclusive-use of the whole property and garden. Other things to note Please make sure you have selected the correct number of people for the correct bedroom configuration. When a booking is for a smaller group we will assume that all 6 bedrooms with ensuite will be set up. The large family bathroom will also be available. If you would prefer a different configuration of the rooms, please let us know. If you want to use all 8 bedrooms, please make sure you use the 16 people option
