The Sett, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023. The space The Sett is a 20ft Shepherds Hut beautifully built by local carpenter, Dicky Dean and is nestled on the edge of the woodland and lake at Coes. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Coes is a 500-year-old, 50-acre farm with sheep, chickens and a vineyard planted in Spring 2021. The huts are located in the woodland so they are a short walk from the car park, shower and pool area - we suggest bringing suitable footwear and travelling light. At Coes you’ll find absolute tranquillity with a bit of luxury thrown in. There are formal gardens, a swimming pool and hot tub, a croquet lawn, an Italian garden and ornamental ponds, a tennis court, orchards, 7 acres of new vineyard and wild woodland walks. The pool - Large salt water swimming pool with its own swing... Open daily 9am - 6pm The huts have their own compost toilets and then flushing loo’s and a hot shower are located 3-4 minutes walk. Guest access At Coes Farm our guests have access to all the grounds where they can walk their dog, go for a picnic or simply explore. The swimming pool, hot tub and games room are all open daily for guest use from 9.00am until 5.00pm in Winter and 6.00pm in Summer. The tennis court is open any time, light dependent! Other things to note As standard we provide all our accommodation with olive oil, salt and pepper, a selection of tea and coffee, milk and eggs from our Coes free range chickens. We have a small honesty shop on site where you can purchase homemade products made from produce we grow or forage on-site, additional logs for the firepits and log burners, and our Wild Goose Vermouth. Ideally cash but we can take card payment/bank transfer on request.
