Light and Airy Studio Flat in Beautiful Valley

Located close to the World Heritage Site of Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral, this self-contained studio flat is situated in the beautiful Woodford Valley. This first floor studio flat is above our garage and is perfect for a country getaway. The flat includes a full kitchen with hob/oven & fridge, private bathroom w/shower and cosy bedroom area. Onsite parking for one car, private access and self check-in allows you to come and go as you please. The space Safe and private space with private entry. This studio flat is comprised of three main areas: kitchen/dining area, lounge area and bedroom area. There is also a private bathroom with shower. The lounge area includes a 2-seater comfy sofa that turns into a 4-foot delux sofa bed and armchair. TV with freeview included. Bedding for sofabed will be provided when more than 2 guests are booked. If bedding for sofa bed is required when only 2 guests are booked an additional cleaning fee of £20 will be requested to cover the extra work. The kitchen is fully equipped including a hob/oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave alongside the usual plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The dining area includes a table and chairs for 4 (highchair available on request). The bedroom area is behind the lounge area and includes a double bed with bedside tables and a small hanging area. A travelcot is available on request. Please note, as described this is a ki studio flat. It can sleep 4 with the double bed and sofa bed however these beds/sofa are all in the one open area. The flat also boasts a private outdoor garden and the outdoor seating area on the terrace can be used outside of school hours (due to its proximity to the local village school). One well-behaved dog is allowed but must not be left in property alone. There is a small one-off fee of £10 if you are bringing a dog. PLEASE NOTE: There is no step-free access to this property. Also many mobile phones struggle to get signal in Middle Woodford however wifi is available once you’re in the property. Other things to note This is a no-smoking property.
