A wedding? Conference? Another special event? This condo is just what you are looking for if you want comfort and a peaceful setting. Short walk to the conference center, restaurants, etc. We rent 25 properties at Boyne Mountain. If you need additional space, just let us know. The space Completely open concept living area and kitchen, this space is spacious with stylish furnishings and comfortable beds. Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances and a custom made table to seat 8. Two bedrooms and a loft, the master has a king bed and full, ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, twin over queen, with a full, ensuite bathroom. The loft has three single beds, set up dormitory style. There is a third full bathroom on the first level, as well. Deck and stairs on front and back of the property. A short walk takes you to the resort at Boyne Mountain and the waterpark, shops, restaurants and spa services . Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain. Guest access Two cars are allowed per rental unit. All others, including trailers and boats, are to park just across the green next to the tennis courts in overflow parking. Other things to note We rent many condos in the Mountain Villa complex and in Disciples Village. So if you have a larger group and want them close by, let us know and we are happy to help you find just the right properties.
