That's the shape of most days here. Newly renovated, with the kitchen, living room and terrace on the top floor and three bedrooms below — cool, quiet, one with its own small terrace. Two bathrooms. Puerto Banús and the beaches, ten minutes away. The space A newly renovated duplex that separates the day from the night. Upstairs is where you live: an open kitchen, the living and dining area, and a terrace they all open onto, with a BBQ and a view over the fairways of La Quinta to the Serranía de Ronda behind. Most evenings end up out there. Downstairs are the three bedrooms. It's a layout that works better than it sounds in a Spanish summer — the lower level stays several degrees cooler and considerably quieter, so nobody is trying to sleep next to the kitchen while the rest of the group is still up on the terrace. One bedrooms opens onto its own small terrace and one is internal and has no window. Two bathrooms serve the three rooms. Eagles Village itself is the quiet, Andalusian sort of urbanization: whitewashed, low-rise, mature gardens, and a large communal pool with a separate shallow pool for children. The Westin La Quinta Golf & Country Club, with its 27 holes and its restaurants, is a short walk away. Other things to note We've created this home for a relaxing stay, and a few simple rules keep it that way — for you, the property, and the neighbors who live here year-round. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT - Check-in from 3:00 PM. Late check-in after 9:00 PM will incur a €50 + IVA fee. - Check-out by 11:00 AM. All late check-outs must be authorised in advance — unauthorised late check-outs will be charged to the deposit. Authorised - late check-out until 1:00 PM: €100. After 1:00 PM: full nightly rate (subject to availability). - Early check-in and guaranteed late check-out available on request, subject to availability. GUESTS - Only registered guests may stay overnight. - Daytime visitors are welcome with prior notice, and your party must match the booking. - Spanish law requires us to register every guest — please have valid ID ready for everyone at or before check-in. NOISE & NEIGHBOURS - No parties or events are allowed. This is a residential building; quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. - Zero tolerance for illegal substances anywhere on the property. - Music is welcome during the day at a considerate volume — please keep it low in the evenings so it doesn't carry. SMOKING - Smoking and vaping outdoors only. Indoor smoking incurs a €250 cleaning fee plus any specialist cleaning. PETS Pets are allowed on request. Extra fees may apply CARING FOR THE HOME - Indoor furniture stays indoors. - Please leave the home in reasonable order and remove all rubbish before departure. Excessive mess beyond a normal turnover may incur an additional cleaning fee. - You're responsible for the property and its contents. Lost or damaged keys will incur a charge. SECURITY DEPOSIT Respect the home and the community, and your deposit is returned in full. Serious breaches — parties, loud music, damage — may result in a loss of the deposit or, in the worst case, an early end to the stay. Keys are your responsibility. Lost keys are charged at cost, as we must replace the lock and all copies. If you lock yourself out, a locksmith is charged at cost, or €50 + IVA if a member of our team comes to open the door.
