Staying here allows you access to the private garden and the annexes private covered terrace, with garden lounge suite. As a self-catering annex, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Compact kitchenette with air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer (no oven or hob) and a Nespresso coffee machine and pods. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart TV and internet access. With a it's own Hive heating system the annex is cosy in the winter but stays cool in the summer.  There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a king size bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is one lounge room with a 3 seat leather sofa and a lounge chair, dining table & chairs, oak chest of drawers, oak coffee table, occasional lighting and a smart TV. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed on the property. - There is free parking on premises at the property. Family friendly, a travel cot can be put in the main bedroom if needed or put me up bed in the lounge.  Pet friendly but max 1 dog or 2 small dogs.
