Guesthouse "Op de Wierde" is located on the first floor of our front house, has its own entrance and a beautiful view of the medieval church of Niehove. It is a spacious attic studio with a sleeping and sitting area and its own bathroom. There are coffee and tea facilities. Niehove was named "most beautiful village in the Netherlands" in 2019, situated on a mound between the bustling city of Groningen (18 km) and the Lauwersmeer National Park and the Wadden Sea in an old cultural landscape. The space The guest house has been completely renovated and comfortably furnished. Two excellent beds, which usually stand against each other and can also be made up as one bed. There is a simple kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities. There is no cooking facilities. The mentioned prices do not include breakfast. We assume that you provide your own breakfast. In consultation we can serve breakfast for short stays (1 or 2 nights). For this we charge € 12.00 per person (to be paid on the spot). We think the guesthouse is not suitable for young children. Pets are not allowed. Guest access The studio has its own access through the front door and its own staircase. We use the side entrance in the back house ourselves. Point of attention: the stairs to the guesthouse are studio ars somewhat narrow and steep. No problem for most guests. We are happy to carry your luggage upstairs. Other things to note Please note:The price does not include breakfast. We assume that you provide your own breakfast.
