The apartment is south-facing, with a beautiful view of our mountains near Chaillol, St Léger les Mélézes, Ancelle, Laye and Orcières resorts. It has a main living room-kitchen area, with a bay window facing south. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, the other with a double mezzanine bed with 1 bed for one person at height. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet downstairs. Fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi), terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. The space Ideal in winter with its 6 ski resorts, ideal in summer for its many hiking trails, the old chaillol 3163 m alt., the queyrel 2435 m alt., the gr50 (tour of the Ecrins park), the Orcières lakes, prapic, the St Bonnet lake 3 km away,… all this will delight hikers, but also families looking for rest and calm in the great outdoors; mountain biking on the downhill slopes, whitewater, paragliding, climbing, horseback riding, adventure trail, zip line, cycling, fishing, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling... Chaillol, St-Léger Les Mélèzes, Ancelle and Laye are family resorts, with slopes for all levels of skiing, for snowshoeing, and not to mention its cross-country skiing site on Bayard. For the more seasoned, the Orcières 1850 resort, 1/2 hour away, offers all kinds of activities for those who want to enjoy skiing, ice falls, ice diving, night in an igloo... and après-ski fun with its pool complex, skating rink, wellness area, bowling, cinema... Let's not forget the typical gastronomy of our beautiful region, tourtons, ravioli… which will comfort you after a day full of activities. you will find all the necessary culinary equipment for raclette, fondue...
