Welcome to Kiel! Modern apartment for couples, singles or business travelers on the popular Holtenauer Straße. Here you will find everything you need. The Kiel Fjord, numerous restaurants, trendy cafes, the city center, the university and the arboretum are just a walk away. The nearest bus stop is 200 meters away, and there is a private parking space for smaller cars – perfect for a few days or a longer stay in Kiel. The space The apartment with private entrance is fully equipped: The open kitchen has an induction range, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a large microwave in which you can even prepare frozen pizzas. A coffee maker, toaster and kettle are mandatory. The large flat-screen TV (smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix and a number of public service programs) as well as the stereo system with CD player and Bluetooth provide entertainment. The Wi-Fi is free and ultra-fast. The double bed (140 x 200 cm) can accommodate two people. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. If necessary, you can work at the comfortable dining table. Storage space and hangers are ample. Guest access Even at unusual times, check-in is possible at any time thanks to a key safe. Other things to note For longer stays, towels are changed weekly and bed linens are changed every two weeks. Cleaning supplies, hand brush, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are provided. Attention In the neighboring house, residual work is expected to take place until the end of April 2023. Noise pollution between 8 am and 4 pm is possible but unlikely. In front of the apartment, however, there is a scaffold, even if it is not affected itself and is fully available. The outer walls of Bude1 are already thermally insulated and only need to be painted. Of course, we will inform our guests in good time in advance if, contrary to expectations, there should be any restrictions. Therefore, a free right of withdrawal applies until the day before arrival!
