Red Kite Barn in a secluded valley close to Marlow

Red Kite Barn is situated in a lovely secluded valley (AONB), a 5 minute drive (25min walk) into Marlow, with its coffee shops, riverside walks and Michelin star dining. We are perfectly located for cycling or walking in the beautiful Chilterns and a short drive from Henley and Windsor. Heathrow is half an hour and fast trains go into London from Maidenhead. Red Kites, squirrels, foxes and deer are regular visitors to the garden. The space Downstairs the open plan space includes a kitchen with table for two, Nespresso machine and plenty of equipment to cook your own meals if you wish.There's an electric hob and a mini oven capable of cooking anything from a pizza to a roast dinner Basic provisions are provided to start you off, including tea bags, coffee pods, washing up liquid etc. If you would like access to a freezer, one is available to use. Also on this floor is a spacious bedroom with kingsize bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. A door leads into the ensuite bathroom with walk in rain shower and heated towel rail. Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper as well as John Lewis/White Company towels are provided. Both the kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating controlled by thermostat. The property has gas central heating to radiators and for hot water. The pine and glass staircase takes you up to the first floor lounge and dining area (sloping ceiling) with lovely views over the fields. There's a small balcony enabling you to sit at the table with the doors wide open on a sunny day. The sun streams into this room making it light and airy. The dining table is large enough to seat 4 or a comfortable place to work if you are in the area on business. There's a sofa, armchair, coffee table and television where you can relax in the evenings with wifi provided.
