HAUS LAGOM in Selent offers three modern apartments furnished in minimalist Nordic style, a wonderful retreat to unwind body and soul on vacation... LAGOM: it fits exactly, not too much and not too little. And so is the location: in Selent, in the middle.....between the Baltic Sea beach and Holstein Switzerland, between Kiel and Fehmarn. The house is equipped with solid oak floorboards/parquet, natural stone tiles and beautiful birch wood stairs. The space Apartment 23a in HAUS LAGOM is a 60 m² duplex apartment. It has a separate entrance, a living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen and guest toilet, as well as a large wooden terrace. The wooden staircase leads to the upstairs sleeping and working area and a bathroom. Above the bed is a window through which you can look at the clouds, the sun, the moon and the stars. If you prefer to wake up in a darkened environment, you can stretch a dark blue silk cloth over the window frame. The large window in the dormer invites you to read and linger. We have deliberately avoided roller blinds, as they do not fit the concept of our house. Guest access Haus Lagom No. 23a is at your disposal, including the terrace. In the staircase, access to apartments No. 23b and No. 23c, there are my utility rooms in which there is also a washing machine and dryer as well as the vacuum cleaner. You can use the washer and dryer for a fee. A drying room for bicycle/hiking motorcycle clothing is available to you in the technical room. There is also a small reading corner with books and magazines. You are welcome to borrow them for browsing.
