Suva City Side Studio Apartment with outdoor terrace overlooking city is within 3 mins walk into the city centre. On site Security and CCTV exterior monitoring for that added safety for you and our tenants. For your hassle free stay, we provide COMPLIMENTARY Carpark and Wifi and Weekly maid service for long term stays of 28 days. Our Studio unit is great for a couple or Single person, is Fully Furnished with air-conditioning. All you need to bring is your suitcase! The space Guests share hallway access to the apartment. Guest access Car parking space is shared and must be booked prior to arrival. Registration number of vehicle must be provided. Only guests can use car park. Visitors will have to pay a fee during the day while visiting between 7am - 5pm. After hours usage must have prior approval or just inform our security guard on duty. Other things to note Must climb stairs Since it is located right in the city, please expect some city noise. Before booking, please kindly note that we will require all guests to be fully vaccinated. Photo ID and Vaccination Card must be provided in advance of arrival under Fiji law requirement.
