It is a split floor plan ensuring privacy between the master and the other bedrooms. There is a spiral staircase leading to the loft that overlooks the living room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, inside and out. Other things to note The house does NOT have A/C, and although it’s located in the mountains it can still get warm in the hot summer months. With the use of the ceiling fans and blinds/curtains it will still stay comfortable
