The suite includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, and basic kitchen essentials. Free street parking is available—please do not block the neighbor’s driveway. Conveniently located near the Tri Leisure Centre, perfect for both short and extended stays. Please feel free to use these common areas and make yourself comfortable. During your stay I am available to help if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. Other things to note There are a few gentle reminders to help keep the accommodation pleasant for everyone: Meals & catering: Catering and meal services are not provided. Guests are welcome to prepare and serve their own meals. No alcohol is permitted anywhere on the property Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the accommodation. Please do not bring or accommodate unregistered overnight guests without prior approval. Keeping the space clean: Please leave outdoor shoes on the shoe rack by the entrance and kindly avoid bringing dirt or sand indoors. I’ve also left some indoor slippers by the entrance for you to use during your stay if you’d like. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, please remember to lock the entrance door whenever you go in or out. No parties or events are allowed. Sorry, no pets are permitted. No smoking is allowed inside the room or anywhere indoors. Please respect the property and keep shared areas clean and tidy.
