Wristbands must be worn throughout the entire stay on the property. Payment must be made directly to the building administration by card; cash is not accepted. Early check-in before 3:00 p.m. is only allowed if available and is subject to a fee of COP 30,000 per hour. Late check-out after 11:00 a.m. is also charged at COP 30,000 per hour, subject to availability. Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas unless authorized by the owner.
