The apartment is beautifully and lovingly furnished. You can enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation here. Lindenstraße is a purely residential street; no traffic noise. Behind the house there are only gardens and trees and a small farmer. Operation (no smell!). A really nice environment. The space ON-SITE EXTENSION is possible in principle, so no fixed connection bookings! There are five of us: the parents and three boys between the ages of 19 and 13. Not to mention our very friendly dogs "Momme" & "Otto", who spend most of their time in our garden. The property purchased in 2014 has only - if you will - a small disadvantage; it is a bit too large for us with its more than 400 m² of living space. So we decided to completely and lovingly furnish the separate apartment (about 80 m²) on the ground floor not only for friends and relatives, but also for YOU. The house was built in 1997 and completely renovated in the 2020s. The apartment is a bright and friendly apartment with a living and dining room (LED TV, DVD, stereo system)kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.), bathroom (shower/tub/washing machine) and 2 bedrooms for max. 4 people (plus 1 other toddler in the extra bed possible). Very quiet location on the outskirts! Everything fits together: the original charm and a special character. Child-friendly (crib can be provided) Non-smoking residence W-Lan / WiFi available Suitable for seniors / ground level Private terrace with seating/umbrella/grill Parking is available about 20 meters away Unfortunately, due to not so good experiences, we have decided not to accommodate pets. Mörschied is located directly on the NEW HUNSRÜCK-HOCHWALD NATIONAL PARK and on the German Gemstone Route. The place is located 430 m above sea level. This is a vacation home for up to 4 people in a quiet, relaxing location (outskirts). Very good transport links to Hahn Airport (about 25 km) and Idar-Oberstein (about 9 km). Ideal for a relaxing vacation in summer and winter with plenty of leisure activities for young and old. There are possibilities including hiking, jogging, climbing tours, Nordic walking park, mountain biking, horseback riding, skiing, summer toboggan run (Erbeskopf), canoeing and Draisine tours (Glan), leisure and adventure pool (Hambachtal), mineral and fossil collecting... Up to 2 adults (and one toddler) can be booked at an additional cost. Linens and towels are of course included. Use of washing machine: 5 euros per wash (including detergent). Will be paid in good faith at checkout. Please only dry laundry outside on the clothes rack belonging to the apartment.
