Roam freely across the property, relax by the fire, or take a short walk to the Peaceful private pond , Enjoy our peaceful pond, a lovely place to relax, watch wildlife, or enjoy a little casual catch-and-release fishing. The pond is not suitable for swimming. Complete with its own fire pit and picnic table. Your host Marcela lives next door and is available if you need anything, but will always respect your privacy and space. WHAT YOU'LL FIND Inside, the trailer is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The king bedroom offers a private retreat, while the second room features two bunk beds, great for kids or a group. The living area has a convertible couch and a table that also doubles as an extra sleeping space, giving you flexible room for everyone. One full bathroom serves the whole trailer, and the fully equipped kitchen means you can cook proper meals without a trip to town. Keep cozy with heating and air conditioning, stream your favourites on the Smart TV with Netflix, and wind down with board games on a slow evening. Coffee and tea are always ready to go. OUTDOORS The outdoor space is where this place really shines. Fire up the BBQ, settle into the hammock, gather around the fire pit, or eat outside at the picnic table. A private outdoor shower is perfect after a day exploring the trails. Fresh firewood is included for your first night, additional bags are available to purchase directly from your host. A short walk from the trailer takes you to a private pond on the property, with its own fire pit and picnic table, a quiet spot that feels like it's yours alone. GUEST ACCESS Guests have full access to the entire property, the trailer, outdoor spaces, fire pit, hammock, BBQ, picnic area and the private lake. Free private parking is available on site. GOOD TO KNOW Fresh linens, towels, toilet paper and basic supplies are all provided. One bag of firewood is included with your stay, extra bags can be purchased from your host. This is a peaceful space and parties are not permitted. Small gatherings of registered guests are welcome. No pets please. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property. The trailer, all outdoor spaces, the fire pit, BBQ, hammock, picnic area and the private pond. The only area not included is the separate rental unit on the other side of the property. Free private parking is available on site. Other things to note This is a nature property and we ask all guests to treat it with care. - Quiet hours begin at 11pm. - No parties. Small gatherings of registered guests only - No smoking inside the trailer. - Fire pit must be fully extinguished before going to sleep. Never leave it unattended. - Use fire responsibly at all times - No cutting trees or harming vegetation. You're welcome to pick up fallen branches. - No littering, a garbage bin is available on the property - Dispose of cigarette butts properly, not on the ground or near the fire. - Do not feed the ducks. - Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians throughout the stay. - Please be mindful that this is a natural wooded environment.
