Refransac is a hamlet located in the Cézallier massif, known for its vast mountain pastures. Salers cows, recognizable by their red coat and long lyre-shaped horns, graze all around. With its thick walls, sloping roofs made of local slate, and solid oak frames, we sought to preserve the soul of this old farmhouse while providing modern comfort. Enjoy the absolute calm, the sunrises over the hills, the birdsong, and sometimes the sight of a fox or a deer passing by at dusk. With a total area of about 150 m2, the cottage consists of an 80 m2 vaulted room, a majestic space where you can share good times around a meal or by the crackling fireplace on long winter evenings. The entrance is directly through the kitchen, a bright and welcoming room. It is fully equipped to accommodate 14 people: American refrigerator, wood-burning stove, electric stove, pod coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, full set of dishes, etc. A long hallway on the ground floor leads to the 5 bedrooms and the bathroom. Each bedroom has its own washroom and a closet for storing your belongings. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 140-cm double bed + 2 90-cm bunk beds Three bedrooms are equipped with a 160-cm bed All the bedding is new and high quality!!!
