The house is situated in the medieval village of Laroque-derived - directly under the tower and the city walls. In 19th Century. the house was converted into a small village house. So it has remained. Simple and charming, inviting for those who are subject to its charm. The house is rustic and corresponds to the traditional Catalan style. (I say this quite explicitly for those who are not subject to this charm and look just the proximity to the sea.) On the main level, 1 bedroom and 1 other room and kitchen with living room and direct access to the garden are. Upstairs is a large space over the entire surface - ideal as a master bedroom. Toilet and bath are in the basement. The garden is completed, making it ideal for smaller children. But it is also a nice place to read a book or for the common breakfast. The house can be reached via a narrow lane that is not passable by car. In the region there are many destinations - which are very diverse and varied.
