Welcome to our beautiful, private apartment for 2 to 4 people. Directly located in a nature reserve on the water with jetty and magnificent views. Swimming, water sports, cycling and hiking trails provide peace and space. Shopping or culture in various cities (Den Bosch, Venlo, Nijmegen and Kleve) are around the corner. The apartment is complete. (See description). A private conservatory to enjoy, eat or work outside for a long time. The floor in the basement is entirely private for you. The space It is a peacefully located, very spacious private apartment in a modern house, directly by the lake, an offshoot of the River Maas. A washer/dryer combination is available for longer stays. Bedroom: A very spacious bedroom with a comfortable luxury king-size box spring bed. For groups of 4 people, there are 2 extra beds from the brand Auping with high-quality coil springs. Living-dining room: It is a peacefully located, very spacious private apartment in a modern house, directly by the lake, an offshoot of the River Maas. The styling adds an extra dimension, making you feel like you're on a film set. There is a cozy dining area with a spacious dining table for 6 people. Kitchen: Fully equipped and functional, with coffee and tea facilities. Fully equipped with a combi-oven/microwave, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), cooking and eating utensils. Bathroom: A separate shower room, washbasin with storage cabinets, and a washer-dryer combination. Experience the luxury of a shower toilet for extra hygiene and comfort. Outdoor space: A luxurious conservatory with furniture and a tilting roof, suitable for both sunny and rainy days. Always enjoy the view of the water, especially at sunset. Relax and dine in peace, both in the conservatory and by the water. Additional amenities: Towels, bed linen, etc. are provided for our vacationers. Two city bikes are available for a small fee for insurance and maintenance costs. Kayaks/canoes are available free of charge for our guests, but at their own risk. Location: The apartment is located in a basement with daylight and French windows for fresh air. Guests experience the space with the conservatory as extremely luxurious and spacious. It is wonderfully cool in summer and quiet. For winter guests, there is, of course, heating. The inconvenience of limited daylight is hardly noticeable. Guests particularly praise the peace, the comfortable bed, the space, and the outdoor area. Entertainment: You can use the outdoor space and terraces by the water. Toys, games, and architecture books are available. Bikes and canoes are available. Upon request and available in summer, a boat tour with the sloop for a fee. Parking: We offer up to 2 free parking spaces for your vehicle(s). Apart from us (Maurits and Gertie), there are normally no other guests present in the property. Experience has taught us that we hardly disturb each other. We treat each other like good neighbors. For stays of one or more weeks, a discount is available, depending on the season. We prioritize personally guiding you and explaining the use of the apartment, various appliances, and answering any questions you may have. Your comfort and convenience are our priority. While we prefer to personally welcome you, this may not always be possible. In such cases, there is a key safe available for a smooth check-in during our absence. There is hardly any traffic around the property. We consider our neighbors and do not allow parties or events around the property. We strive to do well for all our guests while maintaining harmony with our neighbors. We prefer not to allow pets in our apartment. However, if you require a service or assistance dog, we are open to discussing it. Please contact us in advance. A private boat trip is available upon request, depending on weather conditions. As we live directly by the water, a swimming diploma is desirable. You are responsible for supervising your children. Children are welcome for short vacations. The space is ideal for long stays due to its completeness, spaciousness, and parking options. Pack your bags, everything is provided for a pleasant stay.
