Come and recharge your batteries, relax and share good times while everyone has their own space in a quiet and warm environment. Many on-site activities are available: tennis, swimming pool, bowling alley, ping pong... to make the most of your stay! The space In an authentic Norman farmhouse within the property, you have a space of more than 8,000 m2. You will be accommodated in the "L'Argillière" cottage and either in the "La Maison Normande", "Le Verger" or "La Coudanne" cottage: Composition of the "L'Argillière" vacation rental, sleeps 6: This cottage includes a bedroom (one queen size bed and one bunk bed), shower room with toilet, a large living room of 56 m2: living room (sofa bed 2 pers), dining room and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob...), a toilet. Composition of the "Le Verger" vacation rental, sleeps 6: This cottage includes two bedrooms, one with mezzanine, 2 shower rooms adjoining the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob...), a living room. Composition of the cottage La Coudanne (sleeps 5), rated 3 stars: 1 bedroom (1 queen size bed and 1 single bed) 1 shower room 1 large living room with sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed (2 people), table and chairs, TV, Wi-Fi Composition of the "La Maison Normande" vacation rental, sleeps 4: This cottage includes a bedroom (a 180 X 200 bed), a shower room and a living room with sofa bed (2 people), fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop...) For your information, you have the possibility to meet all together in the gîte l'Argillière, the table being adapted according to the number of guests. All our cottages have their own internet connection and the Wi-Fi works very well for teleworking. TENNIS, SWIMMING POOL (3 gites) DOMAINE DE L'ARGILLIERE, 21 PEOPLE SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS (4 gites) For your safety, the property is completely enclosed, several vehicles can park there. The cleaning fee also includes the laundry fee since sheets are provided. For your comfort the beds will be made, so you won't need to do anything when you arrive! Towels are not provided. Minimum one-week booking in July and August, arrivals and departures on Saturday. Depending on the season, you can pick and enjoy nuts, pick cherries or bite into an apple in the orchard... Regarding the pool: - The property's private pool will be available to our guests from May to September. - Opening hours are: 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for our guests. In addition to the swimming pool and tennis, many leisure activities are available on site: boules court, ping pong... but also nearby: greenway 27 km of walking or cycling, state forests of Dreux (possibility of walking or cycling), botanical trail, canoeing, equestrian center, Ecluzelles nautical center, golf, karting, Western Parisian car circuit... Guest access The property consists of a private part and a professional part on which the Domaine de l'Argillière is located. Part of the Domaine de l'Argillièr is reserved for you, with the exception of the tennis court and the swimming pool, which will be shared with 2 other cottages. Within the property you will find: Outdoor table and chairs, Forest tables for picnic in the park, Barbecue (charcoal not included) Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, free access for one-week stays (detergent is not provided) Outdoor games: Boulodrome Table tennis Moolky, pucks Children's playground Other things to note We were recently alerted by the tourist office and Airbnb that sometimes much larger groups than expected were staying at the rental locations. Taking this information into account, please be aware that people who are not registered on the rental contract will not be able to stay on the property in any form whatsoever (mattresses, tents, cars, etc.). Violation of this regulation would immediately result in the eviction of the persons concerned. Furthermore, no visitor will be able to access the property without us being informed beforehand. No pets allowed. Regarding the pool: - Swimming is unsupervised - It is shared - Swimming is prohibited for children unaccompanied by an adult - The pool is treated with chlorine - Dimensions: 8 m x 4 m - Depth: 1.20 m to 2 m - A charter must be signed upon arrival in order to access the pool Regarding tennis: - Available year-round, - recreational court, some imperfections It is common to the other cottages of the property, a schedule is available to book the time slots. For electric cars, a flat rate of €8 excl. tax - €9.60 incl. tax per day will be payable to be able to recharge a vehicle. Baby cot & high chair available on request.
